No two blends alike

Every visitor leaves with a different paper parcel.

We begin with a conversation, not a shelf. Your blend is measured on the same steelyard scale our grandfather used — each herb weighed by hand, to the gram, folded into rice paper and tied with string. What suits your neighbour will not be what suits you.

Blends are prepared while you wait, usually within the quarter hour.

The Ritual

Rinse once, briefly. Then pour just off the boil, cover, and wait three minutes. The second steep is the one our grandmother drank.
