Residential Construction — Est. 1998

Grade & Beam

We build like we'll live there. Scroll — rewind to the first cut of earth.

What we build

Three trades. One crew.

27 yrs

New Builds

Ground-up homes from grade to ridge. We pour our own foundations and frame with our own carpenters — nothing subbed that touches structure.

19 yrs

Extensions

Second storeys, rear additions, garden suites. Tied into the existing structure properly — matched footings, matched rooflines.

22 yrs

Renovations

Gut renos and structural rework. We open walls expecting surprises and price honestly when we find them.

Site discipline

Level. Plumb. On schedule.

We check string lines twice and pour once. Laser-levelled slabs, framing tolerances tighter than code asks for, and a site swept down every Friday. The schedule on the contract is the schedule on the wall.
