Leumas Social

One founder, eight social platforms, and no time to post by hand. We built the system that turns each idea into the right post for every platform, waits for one approval, and then shows which posts actually sold something.

The Work

Real posts, straight from the system.

Post cards and clips made for the Leumas accounts. They lead with a number, not an adjective, because the brand's promise is clothes measured in centimetres.

Honest by design

AI imagery is labelled

The house model is AI-generated, so every caption says so and each platform's AI-content label is switched on.

Platform-aware

Reddit stays human

No automated Reddit posts. The brand answers questions there as a person, with measurements.

Safe automation

The sync only reads

The weekly job collects numbers and writes to the tracker. It can never publish or spend.

No overpromising

Measurements, not claims

Posts state what a garment measures, never "guaranteed to fit". Only facts the site already publishes.

The Challenge

Eight platforms, one person.

Leumas sells menswear measured for men 170 cm and under. Its audience lives across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, Threads, X and Reddit, and each one wants something different.

TikTok rewards a 30-second explainer with the hook on screen. Instagram rewards saves and DM shares. Pinterest wants a 2:3 pin with a keyword title and a link. Threads wants a question. Reddit punishes brands that post at all. Doing that properly, by hand, every week, is a full-time job for a founder who already has one.

And posting is only half of it. Likes and views say very little about a small brand's real question: which post sold a jacket? Without that answer, every week's plan is a guess.

The goal was a system where the founder makes the decisions, and the repetitive parts (formatting, scheduling, collecting numbers, comparing results) run on their own.

The Approach

Built around four moves.

i.

One idea, the right format everywhere.

Each idea starts as a single master: a 9:16 video or an education card. The system cuts it into what each platform rewards: Reels and Shorts without a watermark, 4:5 cards for saves, 2:3 pins with a keyword title, and short text for Threads and X. Captions follow written rules per platform, such as where links work, how many hashtags to use and when to post.

ii.

Nothing posts without a yes.

Every draft lands in a shared tracker with its platforms, time slot and caption. The founder reviews and approves, and only then is it scheduled to every platform in one step. The automation never publishes on its own, so the brand voice stays the founder's.

iii.

Every post tied to the till.

Each post carries its own tracking tag, and the store records that tag on the Shopify cart. When an order comes in, it's credited to the exact post and platform that brought the customer. Test orders are excluded. A post that sells beats a viral post that doesn't.

iv.

A weekly loop that learns.

Every Monday a sync job pulls each post's numbers from all platforms, plus the orders it drove, into the tracker. Each post is compared only against its own platform's median and suggested a verdict: winner, keep, fix or drop. A lesson is written down only when at least two posts point the same way.
